Beneath the wind-chime

When my moma died many moons ago, I bought two wind-chimes. I hung one on the tree I planted on her grave, and I took the other one with me. I haven’t visited her grave since then, and I never will, but I often hear her whisper in the wind-chime above my head. She whispers that everything is going to be fine … just as mothers do.
Even the dead ones … ♡
